Recognizing the personality cues of an emotion dominate person. This is much deeper than just “acting” or “being” emotional. This is their “base” behavior type.
Once you have identified the dominant behavior type, then we need to develop an overall strategy for this subject. They pursue stability, order, and balance. Now we can use persuasive tactics that best suit the emotional dominate type and initiate compliant behavior and begin to gain the information we need.
