Lie detection by modern medical technology? Interesting article of the fMRI and it’s possible use on court proceedings.

For those who haven’t heard about it, the fMRI is the use of Magnetic Resonance Imaging of the brain to determine if someone is being truthful or deceptive about an issue.

This article raises the question about the scientific results of the research on fMRI and if it would qualify the evidence to be allowed under the Supreme Court’s Daubert Guidelines for expert testimony.
